Account Deletion — FlyANGT

You can request deletion of your FlyANGT account and associated data at any time.

This page applies to accounts used in the FlyANGT app for Android and on the flyangt.com website. FlyANGT is operated by Crown Aero Group Ltd.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to support@flyangt.com
  2. Use subject: "Account deletion request"
  3. Include the email address registered on your account

What gets deleted

  • Account credentials and profile data
  • Activity history and preferences
  • Push notification tokens

Data we do not store

  • Location — used only to show local weather and never saved to your account
  • AI assistant messages — processed to generate answers; we do not keep a copy of your conversations on our servers

Any copy of this data kept on your device is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.

What may be retained

  • On-chain transaction history (blockchain data is permanent)
  • Anonymized analytics and aggregated metrics
  • Records required by law (up to 7 years for financial compliance)

Processing time

Account deletion is processed within 30 days of receiving your request.
